1. Please e-mail info@cycleandalucia.com for availability of your required dates and number of people in your party and await confirmation before booking. 2. It is your responsibility as a cyclist to conform to road regulations and ensure your personal safety. Cycle Andalucia can accept no responsibility for any accidents or injuries caused whilst cycling. We recommend applying for and bringing with you a free European Health Insurance Card which provides you with free European Health Care should it be needed . See http://www.nhs.uk/Healthcareabroad/Pages/Healthcareabroad.aspx 3. Once we have confirmed availability, we will hold your booking for 48 hours to allow you to arrange flights and pay your deposit. The deposit is a one-off payment of £50 irrespective of the number of people in the party and length of trip. The deposit may be paid by Paypal (click button below) or on-line bank transfer (e-mail for details). 4. The payment balance for the trip is due on arrival at the accommodation. 5. In the event of cancellation for any reason by Cycle Andalucia, any deposit paid will be fully refunded, however, Cycle Andalucia cannot be held responsible for any further compensation payments. In the event of cancellation by the customer, any deposit paid will be non-refundable, but the balance due will be waived subject to a minimum cancellation period of 72 hours before the confirmed date of arrival.  6. Should a rental bicycle be required, Cycle Andalucia will make reasonable efforts to assist in meeting the individual's requirements from their supply partners, but cannot guarantee availability of any specific models or types. We also hold a limited stock of our own bicycles that may be appropriate. 7. You should ensure that your travel insurance policy covers you for cycling/sports activities.
